回顾自己这十五年来在教学中的点点滴滴，感觉并没有什么“经验”，有的只是自己尽职尽责的工作态度。我觉得要想取得好成绩，和平时心血的付出是成正比的。以下是自己在教学实践中的一些做法和感悟，有不当之处，请各位多批评指正。
一、建立良好的师生关系
教学中，我感受最深的是，学生在成长过程中，需要知识，更需要关爱，作为老师，除了要有精湛的业务、敬业的精神、全面的`知识，更重要的是在传道授业解惑时，做到爱生如子。 “亲其师而信其道”，只有让学生喜欢你，他们才会信任你，向着你引导的方向发展。
二、狠抓课堂教学，提高课堂效率
现在正处于应试教育向素质教育转轨时期，既要求减轻负担，又要求提高教育质量，这就要求必须在课堂上下功夫，提高课堂效率，我通常注重以下几个方面：
1、认真备课。
大家都知道，备好课是上好课的前提，备课包括三方面，备教材、备学生、备教法。备教材。我总是提前翻阅各种材料、教师用书、学习资料及以往的相应试题，对于哪些是重点难点，哪些知识点扩展到什么程度，会以什么形式出题，做到心中有数。备学生，就是要了解学生的年龄特点、接受能力、知识储备情况，这样可以避免起点太高，学生听不懂，或起点太低，学生感到无聊的情况。备教法。每个学生特点各不相同，我采取适合学生的方法导入新课，用学生易于掌握的方法讲解新知，用学生感兴趣的方法组织课堂活动等等。
2、关注每个学生，提高课堂凝聚力。
讲课时，我的视线遍布每个角落，始终用眼光爱抚每个学生，学生的每个动作和眼神都逃不过我的眼睛，并且与学生进行眼神的交流，久而久之，每个学生都会感到老师一直在关注我，从而使他们集中注意力，认真听讲。
3、精讲多练，提高课堂效率。
初中生的注意力集中时间只能持续十五到二十分钟。我以前是“一张嘴，一支笔，从课首讲到课尾。”的教学模式。其实新课程理念要求我们重视学生在课堂上的主体地位，少讲多练。现在我正在努力转变思想，在今后的教学中做到精讲多练。
4、教法灵活，降低学习难度。
英语学科知识点多而杂，致使部分学生因记不住而失去兴趣。我觉得张丽衷老师就经常教学生一些顺口溜来帮助记忆，使学生轻松的掌握知识，提高兴趣。即使她编不出顺口溜，我看她也尽量使用易于记忆的方法进行知识归纳，这些都是我要学习和正在学习的地方。
三、经常查漏补缺，及时抓弱补偏
在提高课堂效率的基础上，还要指导、督促学生搞好课外复习，防止知识的遗忘，并经常进行检查测试，多批多改，及时发现问题，解决问题。以前我并没有意识到给学生批卷纸有多必要，这学期前两单元我考了4次批了4次，我发现学生做题认真了，错的地方重视了，有的知识我觉得学生应该会，实际上有的学生并没有掌握，有利于我及时调整课堂内容。上半学期也批卷纸，那是怕完成不了张玉玲主任的任务很无奈的批，现在批卷纸批到某个题的时候也很生气，但批完之后的收效真的很大。在这里要谢谢张玉玲主任。

其次练好基本功是学好英语的必要条件，没有扎实的英语基础，就谈不上继续学习，更谈不上有所成就。要想基本功扎实，必须全神贯注地认真听讲，上好每一节课，提高课堂效率。因此我们应该做到以下“五到”：
一、“心到”。在课堂上应聚精会神，一刻也不能懈怠，大脑要始终处于积极状态，思维要活跃、思路要开阔，心随老师走，听懂每一句话，抓住每一个环节，理解每一个知识点，多联想、多思考，做到心领神会。
二、“手到”。学英语，一定要做课堂笔记。因为人的记忆力是有限的，人不可能都过目不忘，记忆本身就是不断与遗忘作斗争的过程。常言说，“好记忆不如烂笔头”。老师讲的知识可能在课堂上记住了，可是过了一段时间，就会忘记，所以，做好笔记很有必要。英语知识也是一点点积累起来的，学到的每一个单词、词组以及句型结构，都记在笔记本上，甚至是书空白处或字里行间，这对以后的复习巩固都是非常方便的。
三、“耳到”。在课堂上，认真听讲是十分必要的，不但要专心听老师对知识的讲解，而且要认真听老师说英语的语音、语调、重音、连读、失去爆破、断句等发音要领，以便培养自己纯正地道的英语口语。听见听懂老师传授的每一个知识点，在头脑里形成反馈以帮助记忆；理解领会老师提出的问题，以便迅速作答，对比同学对问题的回答，以加深对问题的理解而取别人之长补自己之短。

i, as a 35-year-old air traffic controller, have been working on the tower for nearly ten years. through these years’ working, i really come to love this job. besides, as the husband of my beloved, the father of my 8-year-old daughter, and the son of my old parents, i also love my family, a happy family.

even though i’m not competent as a father, a husband, and a son, i still love my family. my daughter once said that it was her happiest time to see me back from work. and it’s the same with me. i’m pleased and grateful to see that my family can support and understand my work and my little devotion to them.
i have made many sacrifices as an air traffic controller. i really feel sorry for my family. but as i help pilots find their destinations under terrible weather conditions, and then hear “thanks” from them, i’m satisfied. and as i see planes taking off and landing safely, and make sure that hundreds more families can get together, i’m comforted. i even seem to be able to see the happy smiles on their faces.
such is my job, though i cannot enjoy much of the happiness my family brings to me, i can experience the sense of responsibility through my work. i’ll never regret this, regret choosing my job. it is through these years that i know what responsibility and devotion really mean. and it is through these years that i realize what family really means to me---supporting and understanding. i really appreciate them.
